With What? Do you actually believe that you have the resources to go against NATO. Even if you put your whole military against this, it won't have an effect. Even if Russia as well doubled the contingent of what you have, it still would not have your desired effect.

Perhaps these governements can't afford to occupy Kosovo anymore? The us defense secretary said that us soldiers will stay until late 2009 not because of any new commitment by the us but because the us budget has been set and cannot be changed now. The new us fiscal year begins Oct 1, 2009 so the us soldiers have to leave by then. Serbian planners should use Oct 1 as the date to occupy Bondsteel.
