Serb List (SL) leader Andrija Mandić, on hunger strike for the past five days, will not back down until Podgorica rescinds its decision to recognize Kosovo.

If I can put it diplomatically that is an unwise "heroic" and radical move. Mongenegro is an independent country from Serbia and this guy should put up with it!

I have never understood the concept of a hunger strike. It may get a little publicity, but most people consider you a little off in the head and I have never heard of it altering a course.
However I do wish I had a cause strong enough to do so, I need to lose about 20 pounds.
