Sound reasoning Marko. And I believe you have listed the three in the correct order too, although perhaps Kurir doesn't even bother with hiring good lawyers due to number one.

this proves one of three things

1. This newspaper regularly libels Dinkic because a 2000 Euro fine and costs is just the cost of doing busines- and is well worth the profits of a spicy headline.

2. The courts are politicized, and consistently favour the ruling elite at the expense of equity and freedom of the press.

3. this newspaper has very very very bad lawyers.

I wonder though if it is a combination of all three
