To the Albanian supporters, remember only 50/192 countries recognize Kosovo's independence. In case you are not good at math, that makes 26% of the world's nations. Thus, who is it that cannot accept reality? Here's another interesting observation. If the Serbs are so terrible, how is it that they allow you to comment freely on B92? Albanians and Kosovars, and their diaspora comment about whatever they see fit, and there is little censuring of content except for stupid comments. Moreover (again), if Serbs are so crazy to believe their Kosovo government is legitimate, why the fuss over the ICJ? If the Serbs are so obviously wrong, Kosovo doesn't even need representation at the court, the case is a done deal. Ah, but no, Kosovo's separtist government has hired (or the US has hired) a top expert to defend their UDI. Everyone needs a good dose of reality. The Kosovo problem is going to go on for a long time until the parties finally step back to the negotiating table and a just solution is reached.

Jovan,

I was not referring to people using western names as there are more westerners that support Kosovo than the ones that don’t.
I was referring to Albanians using Albanian offensive nicknames (words rather than names).
When I posted my comment I actually identified the comment that I requested to be removed.
Unfortunately B92 removed the wrong comment and after 5 hours modified my comment.

"Russia tried to violently break a sovereign country just few weeks back.

Well, the Russians succeeded didn't they? And, to add insult to injury, used Kosovo as a precedent!!!

Hello Mr. ambassador, this situation reminds me on Janko’s arrival in Kosovo (few centuries ago)! However, it is a clear indication that Russian’ stance isn’t adhered to the Serbian’s anymore (if it ever was). Two different so distant levels; first the representative of a state that causes difficulties all around the world in aim to create new global cold war, and a stance of the decision-making factor in Serbia are now like two instruments playing different tunes each.
I also agree with blero regarding the alter-ego subscription, regardless of nation or anything else; all (I think) we want here is to discuss common concerns, not to insult each other. Or it should be like that.

I agree with Blero on this:

stop using stupid or fals nicknames!

it´s almost always perfectly clear that it is no american or any other western individual who is writing here in favor of the greater-albanian cause.

as for the article:

Russia has more influence in the region than our dear friends would like to admit.

just remember how the US and their vassals withdrew the Kosovo-issue from the UNSC...

like little thieves that have been caught...

nice try, B92.

Russia unhappy with Kosovo situation.
And?

And Kosovo will never be a member of the UN with Russia wielding veto power (which also means Kosovo will never be able to field an Olympic team, because one of the prerequisites for the IOC to allow a country's team to participate is recognition by the UN). Tsk, tsk

And? what else is new? I am not sure why this is new-s.

"It is inacceptable to conduct policy that characterized the time when the Munich agreement was signed. The violent break-up of the country cannot be allowed,” Konuzin said, ...

Russia tried to violently break a sovereign country just few weeks back.

Has Russia that this diplomat represents forgoten to stop the cheap comments about countries that no longer wish to be ruled from foreign ocupation.Russia has in the past been the main reason why Kosovo was placed under Serbia in 1913.They traded with Albanian lands in a very cheap style, but as things stand now Kosovo is independent with some very powerfull alies and there is nothing an idiot can do ,not even a Russian one.

Can we please use civilised nicknames?
I have to admit that it is Albanians that are the ones that disobey this simple rule often.
If you cannot think of a civilised nickname don’t leave comments please.
It is insulting to use nicknames like that.

Well, if that could have some sense from the Russian point of view prior to the Georgian conflict, now after the recognition af ASO it's totally contradictory

His meetings are on the municipality level now, since no one else is interested to listened to his immature and unprofessional diplomacy.

Please advise him, Avi - or better - take his job.
We are listening to you, what you would do.

Imagine a Russian Ambassasor meeting with so called Leadership of Prishtina Municipality located in Graqanica. Is he aware that Leader(Mayor) of Prishtina Municpality is Isa Mustafa. What was the intent of his visit, he can not be more Serb than the Serbs.
The headline should have been something like this" Russian Ambassador Kozin meets with pseuodo self appointed Mayor of Mars"

When will the Belgrade government realise that there is no help from Russia, the Russians are using the Kosovo situation to invade other part of the world or as they say "free our people" and take over high profile companies in serbia. Russia has not done anything for the Serbs in the past century i.e. did not intervene when mad men are running your country, and continues to support a lost cause when it knows fear well that its a past issue.
