Don’t get me wrong. Tadic is really a very nice man in person, but so is my next-door neighbour and he is not politically able to be president of such a fragile country either. Serbia lost Kosovo many years ago in reality, and I don’t mean 1389 either. I remember poor Mr. Kostunica being bashed over the head every time he opened his mouth and then being branded an ultra nationalist. The truth is that ever since the fist Tadic victory there has been a big blue line drawn on Serbia’s political map towards EU integration and the price that we Serbs must pay is of little consequence to those who believe in the benefits that the EU membership will bring Serbia.

Let’s not fool ourselves. Whilst we still weep, and rightly so, for the loss of Kosovo there are other evil brews cooking in the background. Once we have also lost Vojvodina and Raska then I think we will be accepted as ready to enter the EU club as tame little Europeans. Having said this it might very well happen the other way around but I warn each and every one of you that it will happen. I remember way back in 1993 when I opened my mouth after being to Knin. I told a group of Serbs in London that we will lose Krajina and I was almost man handled for being so anti-Serb. The same thing happened in 1997 when I said that our WWII allies would bomb us in our beds over the Kosovo question.

As for Montenegro, it is unfair to speak of a country when one refers to the “novi-Mafia” elements of the Djukanovic Empire. As Putin in Russia, Djukanovic calls the shots in Crna Gora and he sees with crystal clarity that his route means favour with the EU, peace with the Albanian Mafia and looooooaaaads of money for him and his cronies. All I can say is “what a clever guy”!

We fools on the other hand must stand around and watch as our historic nation is eaten away by the stupidity of our so-called leaders. The day that Djindjic sold the name “Jugoslavia” was the day that Serbia started to die this slow and painful death. I wish I had good news for all of us but, hey, down town Belgrade is really not too bad when one considers that in the near future this could be all that is left of the entire Serbian Nation.

Here is a "red line" I wish Serbia would cross. Start calling "Macedonia" by its UN name FYROM, especially since Greece has not recognized Kosovo and FYROM has!

well, let´s correct something here: more than 150 torched churches and monasteries (!) are a clear sign from which side this "hatred" inside Serbia is coming from...

it would be so great if some guys would lean back and think a little bit about what they are going to write here...
(Jovan, 16 October 2008 17:49)
Dont you think as well, that is a very big number of churches that you are mentioning, that number might be if you counting them inside serbia but they were never that much in kosova, and you forget that are also mosques were destroyed in kosova wich in mitrovica one doesnt exict anymore which was near the main bridge in mitrovica.

Tadic Grow some teeth!

You sound utterly foolish when one day you are kicking out an ambassador and then the next day you are speaking of normal and friendly ties, who are you fooling sir?

Honestly I have no idea how in the world you got elected, not once but twice!

What have you done in defending Kosovo so far? Sent the matter to the ICJ? WOW! what an achievement, other than that nothing. What have you done to bring your country closer to joining the EU? Nothing, your country is no closer to the EU today than it was one year ago today. What have done about corruption within your Government and organized Crime in Serbia, Nothing!

Serbia deserves a better Government than you and your company.

Now why should Serbian and Montenegrin children have problems with field trips?
(ZK UK, 16 October 2008 12:36)

For a while AFIAK, there was no passport control. Now it is. Who does not have passport has a bad luck. Tadic speaks against the need of passport control between SRB and CG.

Don't hurry Mr.Tadic... Unknown source told that under the pressure of your measures against decision of Montenegro and Macedonia to recognize Kosovo independence, these two neighbor countries will review their decision soon! This not serious comment fits to your not serious statement regarding the topic.

Good luck to Kosovo, good luck to Macedonia and Monetenegro and all other countries who will join them towards better future...

@...a crime to threaten others@ - Really? Then why don;t you say this when the Albanians are threatened, Mr.so-called Moderate president? When the Albanians in southern Serbia are threatened and their diplomas obtained in Kosovo are not recognised, you are not saying STOP. What kind of country are you trying to build, President Tadic when you don't promote education? In what century are living? Are you aware that there are so many detrimental actions going on by your authorities to Serbia and that brings no better future to Serbia. The Albanians of Presevo, Bujanovas and Medvedja are your citizens and you are rejecting their diplomas, you are leaving out of any possibility, instead of hailing their education? When Kosovo Albanians are threatened by your officials, you are not saying STOP? Are you implying that they do not deserve to be treated people, like Montenegrins or Macedonians? please, tell me what your "moderate behaviour" is, because it is either me stupid or I do not see any moderate approach there..

Here's a well tamed politician. Threatening your own or anyone in that manner isn't the way forward at all, and the president recognizes that.

It's his ultimate responsibility to maintain his word and not let other politicians loose, speak out of order.

Serbia's latest blunder with Montenegro and Macedonia only confirms that hatred for other people in Balkans outside Serbia still exists.

“the result is that Serbian and Montenegrin children cannot travel to Montenegro or Serbia for a field trip, which is the height of stupidity.” Tadić said.
--
The height of stupidity is to mention such nonsense, which is spoken like a true puppet.

Now why should Serbian and Montenegrin children have problems with field trips? The Serbian and Montengrin people are overwhelmingly united and against Kosovo recognition so there are no problems there. They could all get together to agree how stupid our leaders really are.

What a shame we have an extremely weak president who thinks slapping Montenegrin politicians twice across the wrist is a measured response to Kosovo recognition.
