“Serbia has more secrets than NATO”

According to daily Politika, a new draft law will ensure that only people screened by the security services (BIA) will be able to access classified information.

I'm rather surprised by this assertion. I actually find it hard to believe that any country could have more secrets than the US by itselfs let alone all of NATO. My guess is that Serbia has more public secrets than NATO does, but is anyone sure how many secret secrets NATO has?
