First of all, he is wrong saying

"They can only strengthen me, they cannot kill me, and they will not judge me, since this is not my court and I do not care for all this,"

Number one: no one will kill him for that. Croatia has abolished the death penalty in the constitution.
Number two: even if I did somewhat bad in Namibia, than Namibian court is "my court" no matter what - and yes, they can judge me.

Otherwise we do not know anything. Call in the witnesses, coordinate with Hague Tribunal office in Belgrade. The job of the State Prosecution is to charge anyone even remotely involved. If Hague Tribunal office in Belgrade cleared him over this issue than the charge has to be dropped unless new evidence did surface.

Arrest is justified if there is a danger of escape or tampering with the evidence. He is in RS, so not sure, it is easy: Croatia has to build a solid case, cooperating with the said Hague Tribunal office in BG in order to proceed.

If he is guilty, than a double-digit prison term, in his case probably means life in prison. If not - let him alone.
