100 to Kosova and
almost 200 to Serbia.

If I was in Brussels I would simply give 300 to Kosova. period.

They sure are helping. The Pentagon has plenty of money to the "Southern Serbia's Security Force" on the new budget as well:

It looks like the US and the EU were extremely worried that the ICJ resolution would lead to a repeat of march 2004 in Kosovo. They are showering it with candy for the Albanians now:
- 3 recognitions
- 2 countries that will recognize the passports
- this 100 million
- the Ahtisaari Nobel prize

And I probably overlooked a few items...

To be in Nato, you need every member to support your entry -- not likely if you consider the views od countries like Spain and Greece. Only one veto required.

To enter EU, you not only need the support of members like Spain and Greece, you also need to be recognized as a country ie. UN membership -- might as well wish for the moon!
