I think your request to ICJ is going to be something that is not expected, since Serbia has to answer some questions about Croatia, B&H and Kosovo. This means that we have to go back in time and find what is the truth,who won and who lost,who killed who and etc.

Sarkozy seems to be more realistic than Jacques Chirac who once was enthusiastic about Kostunica who turned out to be a complete dissapointment. Despite good words Sarkozy seems to know well you can not expect to much from current government, since it is just continuing former policies. Serbia slowly but sure is becoming a lost case.
