Koštunica: Serbia still too weak for EU

Serbia needs to beef up before it joins the EU, and not delude itself by thinking that this will begin the moment it becomes a member, says Vojislav Koštunica.

Apart from the humanitarian act, armed Albanians will keep the peace in the Balkans and no one state is too powerful.

This is a very good sentence, Dashnori. The sooner Americans, Serbs, Russians, Germans, the entire EU does learn it well, the better.

BTW: I made up my mind, probably I will shoot an e-mail to Roberto to get somewhat closer.

when Serbia stops with the propaganda, maybe the relations will get better and all Serbs who did not commit any crimes and were here before the war can return. Anyone who committed crimes will of course be arrested. That's normal. Some suggest to check to see if they came in the 20's wave of colonization but IMO that is nonsense. If they were here before the war and are innocent, let them come back.

As for calling Kosova a quasi state: it's 8 months old.

For the rest: Don't even think of EU without 'giving up your heart, your Jerusalem'

Hell must be freezing over today because for once I actually agree with most of what he said and the way that he said it. Who said you can't teach an old dog new tricks?
