Serbia has done all to convince Montenegro not to recognize Kosovo or to, at least, exercise restraint, Serbian Ambassador to Podgorica Zoran Lutovac says.

1) Having full spectre of diplomatic missions in Podgorica (instead of BG)...
2) Having variety of jobs which would keep the people
3) Having universities, libraries, research institutes
4) Having full scale of distributors of HP, Sony, Apple, Toyota and so on
5) How many "Metro cash&carry", Ikea, etc. are out there?
We can continue with even longer list. Montenegro is a beautiful, attractive and not overall expensive tourist destination of very small size, but strategic position. Best relationship with all it's neighbors is critical. Some of it's neighbors are difficult to satisfy. Not easy situation.
