my dear albanian friends, there is only a new illusion, but certainly no "reality" as you would love to understand it...

and the fact, that there are much more Albanians posting here is quite delighting in my eyes...

that means Serbs to not trust B92, and see it as an instrument of foreign influence.

right so, I cannot say that I disagree...

Kosovo will stay what it actually is, a serbian province in limbo.

all ( quite ineffective ) attempts of declaring it "independent" or even a "state" are simply laughable.

the albanian desperation must be enormously high...if they constantly manage to condone the factual situation they are in.

it´s tragic, acutally. while all others in europe, including the Serbs are moving forward, they do still live in a illusion.

But this imbroglio can be setlled once for all by Jeremic, himself, who could state clearly whether he promised such a thing to Munter or not.
Since Jeremic hedges on the answer, one should take his verbiage as his admission that he did.
The mystery remains, though, why did Munter choose to embarrass his favourite poodle at this point in time.
Anyone, any idea?

Hmmmm....EULEX's "rule of law" is laughable considering how it ended up being there in the first place. How can EULEX talk about the "rule of law" when from the very beginning international law has been broken by the ethnic Albanians UDI (not to mention the countries that have recognized KosovO & Metohija), it makes no sense whatsoever. The western Europeans are hypocrites, apparently they only favor international law when it's on their side. I can't wait for the day when the ICJ rules on behalf of Serbia, than we'll see what the "rule of law" is all about.

Jeremić can tell his masters whatever he wants but the simple fact remains that the Serbian people and patriotic opposition will not allow anything of the sort.

Also, I think it's time to move B92'a head office to Tirana seeing that more Albanians post here than Serbians.

"According to Jeremić, accepting any act that would have the effect of violating Serbia's sovereignty and territorial integrity has been ruled out"
Why do you ask the ICJ about the legality. Do you really think that they will judge in favour of Serbia? Forget it!! The ruling wil be pro independence of Kosova/o. The only thing this government likes to do is hampering the positive developments in the region. I hate this hypocrisy of Jeremic. What else can you expect from one who was already in a government together with Kostunica? The ICJ will confirm Kosovo's independence in about three years and Serbia will be responsible for another disruption of the stability on the Balkans. If you like to remain in isolation, don't act, as if you are looking for a Western-European way of life. Accept EULEX and Kosova and don't trouble us any longer with your dualistic behaviour.

To all commentator here: Enlighten me please to understand the Serbian logic that something that is ruled out by Serbia should be accepted by the others? Don't you think that all the talk about "compromise", "international law", "UN SC" are all ballicks and pure propaganda to have something that is not yours and THAT HOW IT IS A NEW REALITY!

If Jeremic really said that then it would be a crime against the Serbian constitution and he should be placed in court to explain his actions.
