"Serbian initiative has good chance"

Russia's ambassador to the UN says that Serbia's ICJ initiative has a good chance of being adopted at the UN General Assembly, and that Russia will back it.

Of course Russia will support Serbia's initiative because now that South Ossetia and Abkahzia have been annexed under the "Russia's international law" you can expect everything by Russia's "deplomacy".
