How many of them can there be?
I would let them march, but have the police ready in full riot gear in case they get up to something.
When they realize that they don't have a following and they are actually discrediting themselves I don't think they would do this again.

I don't agree with any extremists but it doesn't mean that they don't have any right to speak or protest. As long as it is peaceful it is their democratic right to do it.

Having another rally organized just to provoke a fight is really stupid.

Neo-Nazi beliefs are repulsive to me but if I truly believe in freedom of speech then I must give them the right to be heard.

If this march is permitted to happen, it is my hope that a very large number of Belgrade's minorities "educate" these nazis within an inch of their lives. Better still we can put them on an airplane and send them to Pristina and see how bravely they march there.

We have the "64 Comitats" and "Hungarian Guard" here, I have precisely the same questions. The number is small, they are all well-known. It is not a question, does "64 C."./"M.G."/"Blood & H."/etc want to overthrow the parlamentary regime or not. It is not a question, what is their attitude towards gays/Jews/Roma/Albos/etc. It is not a question, what kind of methods they use. The question is: why aren't they in jail permanently?

Alternatively we can allow it to go ahead and an anti fascist one to be held at the same time and see what happens.

Probably a better, more human and more frugal idea: let Serb Neonazis and Hungarian Neonazis held the demonstration at the same time and at the same place. That will be not just a great experiment how Darwin's theory does work, but also less work for the police afterwards to jail the few remaining survivors.

I suppose this is code for them not knowing whether they will let this march go ahead or not.

I'm sick of the ultra right wing rabble smashing up towns and breaking laws, there is a limit to democracy in my view and if these gangs are officially designed neo-nazi or clero fascist and that there is a threat to public safety, then why should they be allowed to march at all?

Alternatively we can allow it to go ahead and an anti fascist one to be held at the same time and see what happens.
