To get this all you need to do is surrender Kosovo to its NATO occupiers and agree to pay Croats, Moslems and Albanians tens of billions of Euros for the pain and torment that your fellow Serbs have inflicted on them.
With these prizes under your belt you could become a special envoy of the bankrupt Americans, a more dashing version of Matthi Ahtisaari. If you’re a good boy you may even be invited to the next Bilderberger Conference.
