«under-developed infrastructure.?» Isn't normal? Why the mayor was ashamed to remind him who bombed the unfrastructure for 78 days? I have an idea:those who bombed the infrastructure to rebuild, to invest and then will be OK.

Some infrastructure problems (the never-ready Beograd Central Railway Station is one of the most infamous examples) are more related to usual Central European management and organization "quality" than bombing.

Belgrade does not need to shame: there is nothing "European" in the way METRO-4 line in Budapest is being built and driving in both cities I am not sure, for how long the suspension will last. How road repairs in BP are organized is an other source of jokes.
