Why is this guy “Bajram Rexhepi” talking anyway. Who is he? Mayor of some town. He’s not even international player. He has as much influence as that “flying donkey”. And why is news media reporting his racist and provocative statements.

Patrik - I agree. The only way forward is to negotiate and for both sides to have a workable solution.

The US has fermented the attitude from the Kosovo Albanians that they will get full independence and not have to negotiate anything. That was clearly visible in the farce called 'talks'.

Now the US has to face reality and get their partners to accept something realistic.

Watching the current and previous US administration creating and training Kosovo into so-called statehood is like watching an 18 year old in a sports car instructing his younger brother how to drive at 100mph.

The level of diplomacy has been very clumsy and heavy handed throughout. The only real statesmen type figures that I have seen on the international stage have been Lavrov and Putin, and not because they are Russian.

Condi would probably have done a great job under a different administration. Shame for her that her high profile came when it did.

A typical and not unexpected response. Kosovo has the game ball now and is not going to give it back, no matter how thay got it or what the referees say or rule.

The first rule of dimplomacy is nothing is out of the question. The second rule is you must negotiate. That means both side must gain something and both sides must give up something. And the gain and give up part starts when you start negotiations. You can't come to the table and say we lost this or we lost that years ago and we are not going to give up anything more. That is not negotiating. It is just flat out being stubborn.

What SOUTHERN Mitrovica? There is only ONE city, and it's named MITROVICA.

Partition Kosovo..... OKay thats fine with me. while your at partition Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro. Albanian land to unite. In Serbia partition Presheva, Medvedgja and Bujanovci, in Macedonia.. cut out Tetovo, Kumanovo, Skopje, down the western border with Albania to Ohrid. Montengro... Kraja, Ulcinj, Malsia, Plav&Gusia! Let it all gfo back to where it belongs. United Ethinc ALBANIA!
Greece.. you too have something thats OURS!!!!
Then Serbia can have their Greater Serbia from parts of Bosnia, Macedonia, Croatia and Montenegro.
Iam sure we will all then get along.
