CoE: Kosovo ties only on basis of 1244

IMO, Russia was very consistent. After short, humanitarian bombing of known military targets in Georgia (including the Borzhomi National Park) it also bombed the railway bridge used mainly for passenger traffic.

Palic was re-named to Borzhomi and Novi Sad was re-named to Gori. Everything is logical.

Of course, Russians are known losers because they failed to produce the effect equal to Hellas express at Grdelica. Next time they should aim at Tbilisi-Erevan passenger trains better.

Anyway, it was proven: under new reality if Serbia (or Georgia) wants to have independent politics and at the same time take care about their territorial integrity, they not just talk softly at ICJ, but also invest in Plutonium research.

Terry Davisis is from Britan, right? This is the same coutry that bombed Serbia and was heavly invoved in separating Kosovo from Serbia. Without the west involvment, Yugoslavia will stil exist.
