Tadic needs to clarify to his people that the EU already attached conditions to Serbia's acceptance as a "Candidate" for the EU club. lol Even then, there are bigger hurdles for Serbia to jump than the mere recognition of Kosova.

"Tadić also told reporters that he expects the International Court of Justice, ICJ, to declare itself "in favor of Serbia's legitimate interests".
Here, Tadic's typical 'hohstapleraj'
becomes obvious.
Why, instead of ICJ declaring(?) 'in serbian legitimate interest' about Kosovo, shouldn't ICJ rule if the UDI is legal or not according to the international law.
"Interest" is obviously there, admitted even by EU and the USA.
Tadic is asking the ICJ to confirm what Serbia was being offered in the first place- minority rights and nothing else.
Boris Tadic sounds more and more like somebody's ambassador to Serbia.

"Unlike some organ-trafficking gangsters involved in clan-wars and genocide, Mexicans moved forward 500 years in last 500 years."

Can you get any more childish than these boilerplate insults? One people were convicted of committing genocide post WWII and that wasn't the Albanians. The "organ trading"? I know you don;t beleive it either so I will not address it.

Since Ataman did not clarify the purpose of sending the above link, I am attaching the following from the same link that he posted.

It clearly shows how far Serbian government can go with the lies and miss-interpretations.

"LYON, France – In light of a series of erroneous reports in the media and public statements by certain Serbian officials, INTERPOL wishes to clarify the facts and reiterate its position on the matter of the Serbian arrest warrant for Agim Ceku, now Prime Minister of Kosovo. INTERPOL’s position on this matter was also communicated in a formal message to Serbia sent on 23 March 2006."

Mr Ceku was never the subject of an INTERPOL international wanted persons notice, otherwise known as a Red Notice. In fact, Mr Ceku was the subject of a ‘diffusion’ notice sent to INTERPOL by Serbian authorities on 4 June 2002 via INTERPOL’s National Central Bureau in Belgrade. That diffusion requested his arrest with a view to extradition based on an arrest warrant issued on 18 March 2002 by a Serbian court on genocide charges. That diffusion was duly registered in INTERPOL’s database of wanted persons.

Democratic Serbia will do better by maintaining its strong reassertion of its ownership.

EU politicans who try to make Kosovo a blocking issue will not be able to maintain their case for very long. Serbia deserves to enter the EU and that is a greater and far more important issue.

Hmmm.... There wasn't any question about Tadic and Interpol, wasn't it?

I expect, soon there will be a "new reality on the ground" ( = bushman-tribe is no longer in the control of US politics and ICJ judgement according the basic sense of justice ).

That will also mean, the chances for the bloodthirsty Aztec "bird-serpent", sorry, "pigeon-snake" god Quetzalcoatl getting a political asylum in Mexico will be zero.

Unlike some organ-trafficking gangsters involved in clan-wars and genocide, Mexicans moved forward 500 years in last 500 years.

"We disagree when it comes to Kosovo"
(Maximilian T., 2 October 2008 11:27)

Nope, the majority of Germans who are familiar with the problem does agree: Kosova eshtë Serbia. It's worth to look up the travel-related forums where people speak out. The recognition was done solely for making the previously very sour German-US relationship better.

"once the Kosovo-issue is off"
(Maximilian T., 2 October 2008 11:27)

It will be off FOR YOU, once the German foreign politics will be more honest regarding this issue. Otherwise that issue is not "off" since good 2000 years. I do not want to write more about that, otherwise some here would say I am "biased".

Maximillian,

"We disagree when it comes to Kosovo, anyway sometims it can be usefull to take your partners advise. As you know there is many Serbian people living and "working in Germany."

- guess you would not be offened if the Serbs in Germany did what you belive is good for the Serbian Albanians and all moved to Bavaria and by chance of numbers and terrorist acts seperate Bavaria from Germany?

Guess you'd not disagree on ethnic partition then ?

It is somewhat awkward that a Head of State spends four days on a visit to another country as if he has nothing to do at home.

I hope the people of Serbia consider this as Germany's commitment to Serbia, good relations and friendship between these two countries. Serbia is of high potential in Culture, Sience and economic capability. You can count on Germany as your reliable partner to find the place within the european family, where Serbia belongs for sure. Friends and partners do not always share same positions. We disagree when it comes to Kosovo, anyway sometims it can be usefull to take your partners advise. As you know there is many Serbian people living and working in Germany. They are a great chance to tighten and rebuild economic and social relations. In our company many people have a serbian background and we used to have good contractors in Serbia untill the 90'ies. I'm sure, once the Kosovo-issue is off the table many german companies will use the experience and creativity of Serbian people and Serbian companies. The german IHK chamber of commerce and industry announces Serbia as the most interesting region in South-East-Europe to invest.
