I think the reporter meant "when its serbia decided to attack its neighbours"

Srboslav; I drive through Serbia every year and stop in novi Beograd, which we helped build as part of Yugoslavia, the rest of the country that i have seen has been a time pause, there hasn't been any developments for the pas 17 years. I do hope that Ikea does come to serbia as its good news for the region, but what you are saying is beyond the line of good conduct.

Kosovo has seen more the 8 billion investment only from western government and the Kosovar-Albanians migrants spend more then 400million annually.

"they are not one of the richest companys in the world because they are stupid "

No of course they are not as smart as Fannie May or Lehman Brothers, but as a not listed privately owned company they are doing very well. Check out the sole owner, he is among the 10 richcest persons in the world. Is that stupid?

Welcome to Serbia IKEA!

Another sign that Serbia is attractive for foreign investors!

An advice though, stay away far from the lawless southern parts of Serbia that is occupied for the moment, particulary around the town of Pristina, law and order are not yet functioning there. EU and NATO are trying to impose that on the albanian minorities but its a very slow process.

However in other parts of Serbia IKEA will do just fine, law, order and everything is working properly, including electricity and phone lines, no need for Monaco cell phone operators there...
