Ben,

Wasn't one of your compatriots here who recently said, Albanians (as private people) will be always armed from now?

And regarding the State Institutions... here I hope we agree: Kosova eshtë Serbia.

BTW: for some good reason, if you google on the phrase "eshtë Serbia" it will come up as "Kosova eshtë Serbia" on the top. So Google does agree :)

Again, sounds to me like you have a very active imagination.

What do you know of Serbian secret service? How do they operate and what would be the purpose of this?

It sounds to me like the work of KLA. I offer no explanation as to why I say that just like you don't.

Like always Ataman says in appearance logical things but in reality VERY illogical.

Agim is speaking about STATE INSTITUTIONS that destabilize neighbour NOT a public safety concerns. Very different!!!

Agim,

Why not the work of Russian Bears set free in Medvedja? Or maybe it was the work of Chinese secret service?

Seriously, we all know, most Albanian and many Serbian households have guns they shouldn't have. This is an old tradition and as long as it continues this will happen. Many of you wrote here, Albanians will be always armed.

Well - if that is the case - I don't see the reason, Serbs wouldn't think differently. And as long as it will continue, Kosovo will be a place where the arms say the last word.

Kate; It is crucial to open the courthouse for the Albanians becouse contrary to belief we the Albanians are not lawless, and it is crucial in a democracy to apply laws.

Thanks for the response!

As far as I know when one nationality decides not learn the offical language of the country they are residing in and proceeds even further in respect to not even wanting to attend the educational system or even governmental system, one automatically labels himself an outsider. Not a second class citizen. The albanains which chose to participate together with Serbian officals and even residents were automatically excluded and labeled as a traitors in the extremist eyes. I too would wish that this never happend and that we can both live together side by side. But observation and history speaks for itself.

All the best

That's why the courts need to be reopened.Who ever did this should be caught and delt with expeditiously, regardless what nationality.TA

Goran,

We did whatever we had to do as were treated as a second class citizens, we never had a problem living with Serbs, it was Serbs who had problems with us, they still tend to do, as everyone can see in the north mitrovica, they tend to be OK in Kosovo Polje, living alongside with us. Is very clear Serbia is trying to create another Republika Serbska in north of Kosovo (after the one in Bosnia has been such a success)!, is just proving what since the milosevic years it was all about greater serbia..all this wars and all the dead and homes & lives destroyed.

I think that the best opinions on this will be given by people that are from Kosovo, those will be the best situated to give the best opinions on this.

It appears somehow that someone is getting anxious with the regional developments and trying to threaten peace and stability in the Republic of Kosovo.

You needn't be genious to sense who is behind this.

Is Serbia returning back to 1990s again?

Agim - I realise you won't be able to give full details because you are obviously a very important person to have such indepth insights into secret services and 'counter-intel' (don't they offer cheap overseas phone cards?).

But I just wondered why in particular it suits you to have the courts open in Northern Mitrovica?

Apart from offering some extra work for drivers, translators etc. why is it so crucial for your 'cause'.

Oh how your memory does not serve you right! I remember not just a while ago in Kosovo; bombings, kidnappings and murders were the daily occurence being waged upon the Serbs. OVK has terrorized Kosovo for the past 40 years. I presume this part of history is being re-written in Kosovo schools.

The sooner we have our counter-intel up and running the less likely that this will keep reaccuring.

Now i can see Serbian camp starting the blame game, however it does not suit Kosovars not to have the courts open.
