> The Secretariat stated that “the possibility cannot be ruled out” that open communication between Šešelj and his associates served “for attempts to make contact with, or intimidate, witnesses.”

Since when has the ICTY worried about witness intimidation? Weren't they the ones who released Haradinaj during his trial?

Weren't too concerned about witnesses then were they. This court is a farce & the sooner it is wound up, the sooner a real court with proper terms of reference can take over.
