I'm all for that.

Isn't this a good way to reconize an independent Kosovo indirectly ? Good job Bogdanovic for realising that only the Kosovo goverment can help the K.serbs.

Only 40,000 of the 130,000 Serbs are in Mitrovica. The rest are well inside Kosova. EULEX will soon run the customs and the smuggling will end up there. They have surpassed even Crna Gora with smuggling gas and cigarettes. It costs Kosova 3 million euros a month in lost taxes.

Dashnori, I'm not just talking about the north. I'm in favor of all Serb sectors and enclaves forming their own government. True the enclaves have no choice but to cooperate with EULEX. To do otherwise would only be detrimental, but in "takling their own problems", Albanians should have no say in the matters of Serbs - just like Albanians want Serbs not to have any say in their own matters. Fair is fair, or do you not agree with this setup?

I don't think the statement of Minister of Serbia is sufficient, because you can not say "let k-serbs solve their own problems" yet direct them to ignore Kosovo authorities, indirectelly that is don't work with 90% of your fellow country man.

being paid by Belgrade is completely okay, there is no "legitimate" need to change that.

Mike, in what view do you make you judgment as fair? there are two major flaws in your idea, one is Kosovo is independent and all the serbs who lives in Kosovo should address their concerns in Prishtina and not Belgrade and Prishtina has or should have the final say on it's kosovo territory and with the international community in kosovo this "celebrity" minority will always get more then any other minority in kosovo, secondly the idea in kosovo is to creat this multi-ethnic kosovo and by doing what you're suggesting will only move people away and thats not acceptable and it should not be allowed by the gov. of kosovo nor by EULEX. with regards to belgarde spending serbians tax payers money in kosovo i as Kosovar i am all ok with but only by the proper channels and whats been mention in some peoples comments.

Anyway there are serbs who want to live in Kosovo already addressing their issues in Prishtina and soon others will follow as the serb gov is just as bad as our one.

There is not and will not be any serbian authority in Kosovo. There is no space for that because that's no multi-ethnic socity. And maybe you are not realising that the serbian politicans have understand that they cannot keep Kosovo. There is no turning back know and the Kosovo constutution,flag and anthem will not just desipear because Serbia feels so. The 46 countrys that have reconized Kosovo will not reconsider their desicion. tadic and co knows that.

It's laughable how you always refer to 46 countries have accepted us. Big deal. 144 Countries haven't. What have you got to gloat about?

Your flag might be allowed to stay if you open your own franchies like McDonalds. They have a flag too so they must be a country as well.
