AIG is simply the largest insurer in the world with 1 trillion $ of assets and they shares were wiped away in a few days, how do you call this!! Same for Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch and more to follows!!
Cards are indeed falling one after the other and finally this virtual financial pyramid that they built will come to an end. The balance of these giants are simply black holes that they themselves do not understand anymore!

Anyone who believes this doesnt know what they are talking about. Take a look at the Russian stock market over the past two days. An economy built on high gas prices is an example of a house of cards...

My advice to all of you with a bit of money saved is to wait a little longer, because the time to buy is coming very soon and I don't see why the little guy(s) should not benefit.

Don't get turned off by the economy, take advantage of the situation, if you won't somebody else will.

The US economy won't fall, the fact it has minor problems (which the average person will mostly likely not even notice) does not mean suddenly the West will die.

That's a bit of a harsh comment, don't you think?

Marko, why does everything has to be linked with Kosova? That money is pledged, and the word pledge does not necessarily mean they gave it to us. It's up to us if that money is gonna come to Kosova. Pledged means they have allocated that sum of money, and we have to provide with concrete projects, so we can obtain that sum and convince them their money is not gonna vanish.

This is just a minor economic problem for the US, as Peter Sudyka said.
