yes, of course Serbia is a future-partner.
but nothing is for free.
partners have to be respected, and especially their territorial integrity.
they can choose: either profit of a economically growing Serbia, or let that to others who won´t be reluctant at all.
so they will have to make a decision in the future, what is more important to them...
a stillborn-puppet entity or a european STATE of Serbia.
