This guys is funny. The relations were great when Serbs had 1200 tanks and airplanes versus virtually unarmed Albanians, huh? A 15,000 strong Kosovo army (eventually) and a 20,000 strong Albania army will be great for peace in the Balkans. 35,000 soldiers and plenty of volunteers are enough.
I don't blame Serbs for not participating, just as I don't blame Presevo Albs if they don't join VS. If Serbs in Kosova don't like it doesn't mean we shouldn't have it, the same for Presheva. Albanians didn't like Serbia's army in 1990's, no one asked us.
