Whilst I agree that this is a short sentance what can you do when he wasn't charged with more serious crimes? That was the job of the Hague prosectuion, you have to wonder about bias, or at least lack of interest in investigating crimes committed by the side supported by the 'good (west) guys'.
On the other hand dingdong I don't think that you can be judge as to whether Serb men are innocent or not, before any evidence has heard. The fact is that they can neither be factually innocent or guilty.

As for 'innocent' Serbs, I'd ask for the evidence that you have which shows 'Serbs' (whoever they are) are innocent.

Meanwhile, people like Tadic will continue to try to send innocent Serbs to this sham of injustice to please their masters in Washington, and continue to try to blacken Serbia's name.
All this mess for three years? You get that for a bad check in US. War crimes = Death or life in a tough prison (not the one with TV and kitchen or phone to run The Radical Party from jail)

On the off chance that a guilty verdict is delivered, the sentence will be ridiculously short. Ultimately, slaughter is only OK if it's directed against Serbs. In these instances, the act is not genocide or slaughter but rather self-defence.
