UN envoy offers "modified" Macedonia plan

The remit of UN resolution 817 stipulates that the only
issue up for discussion between Greece & Fyrom is the
name only.Any deviation away
from the above remit to include Gruevski's ficticious
issues ie language,identity -
will create bigger problems for the Greeks in the years to come.
States can only recognise other states not ethnicities,
identities or languages.
