Try keeping the loyalty of the people around Belgrade.
You don't even have it among those outside it. They will be the first to break belgrade's stranglehold on their lives.

Albanians in recent history, then, we expect the same ruling as those were all Albanian lands prior to 1918. :)

As Serbian's are generally Christian and descendants of Adam and Eve, this means the whole planet is rightly ours. Now all of you who came here on a space ship from planet Zog need to understand who's land you are occupying. Because of that Albania will shortly become a province of Serbia where I can have a nice beach house with a choice of the Mediterranean or Adriatic seas. Preferences anyone? It's a difficult choice.
Oh, and by the way, peter is right. Now that is very obvious.

Illyrian is correct in his assessment. If ICJ rules in Serbia's favor, then, if Albania-Kosova decide to send in troops and retake half of Serbia, Macedonia, Chameria, Montenegro and do unto Serbs/Greeks what they had done to Albanians in recent history, then, we expect the same ruling as those were all Albanian lands prior to 1918. :)

Dear peter, sydney,
I think/hope that you are at least a teenager to understand the contradiction that IS enourmously/clearly evident.
YOU CAN'T say has a "GOOD CHANCE of success" then soon after "is FAR FROM CERTAIN whether Serbia would receive the approval of the majority of the 192 UN General Assembly member-states needed for the initiative to pass. "
GOOD SUCCESS OF WHAT..??
FAR FROM CERTAIN OF WHAT...??
Answer:
NATURALLY is the approval of the majority of the 192 UN General Assembly member-states.
Serbians shouldn't be as silly as to believe this non-sense.
Peter, read more carefully, and responsible in your answer, as people may not regard your coments anymore.

It is good thing to have both in court serbs and albanians. Lets see if serbs had right to kill albanians, to deport them, to occupy them as they did last 100 years helped by russians. This is good chance for us albanians to get back our teritories not just Kosova but south serbia till NIS, half of monte negro and sanxhak, north and west macedonia and Janina, arta, preveza, florina etc. It is good chanse avery one in the world to find out who are albanians where they lived how they have been destroyed from neighbors and russia. How much of their territory was occupied by their neighbors and how many albaniand were killed, assimilated, deported.

>> “That was not Serbia’s choice but the U.S.’s. By deciding to recognize Kosovo, they dealt a blow to Serbia and we cannot ignore the fact that America is the driving force behind the project to recognize Kosovo,”
Pick on the US Jeremic, it's a smart move.
Serbally, USA wants to control the Balkans, like Russia did once. So what? Oppose them if you want

“What a contradiction??!!
Once the FM "Jeremić: ICJ initiative has good chance "
Soon after he changes his thoughts significantly as follows:
"The foreign minister said that it was FAR FROM CERTAIN whether Serbia would receive the approval of the majority of the 192 UN General Assembly member-states needed for the initiative to pass. "
Are Serbian so silly/stupid to believe him.? “
I dont think that is contradictory at all. A good chance is very different from certainity. Let's say Serbia has a 40 % chance of getting the votes they need. I´d say that's qualifies as a good chance, but it's still far from certain.. You hear phrases such as “We have a good chance to win but it´s far from certain we will” from sports people everyday, but I'm sure you don't find those statements very contradictory let alone so annoying you have to comment on them on web sites.
You just made a very lame attempt to find something in that article to whine about because you don't like Serbia, that's all.
So how's being silly/stupid?

Winds of Change:
There is no contradiction in what Mr Jeremic has said - merely lack of understanding on your part.
For Serbia to be successful in it's bid, 3 things must happen.
1. The Committee of the UN General Assembly must decide to put Serbia's initiative on the agenda for the upcoming meeting of the UN GA.
2. A 'simple majority' of the members present at that meeting must then vote to put this issue before the ICJ.
3. The ICJ must rule in Serbia's favour.
