“No market monopolies in Serbia”

He shouldn't be in the position he is in as he's incompetent. How he can say that Delta is not a monopoly is beyond belief! He's obviously being paid back handers by Miskovic.

Other "truths":

1) there is no food-price-fixing mafia (led by M**c) in Serbia
2) there are Russian brown bears all over Medvedja.

Sure any monopolies should be stopped but let companies grow if they can. I would rather buy from a Serbian company than some Slovenian set-up any day. If fact, I am boycotting Merkator so I'm glad there are good alternatives.

With all the respect I owe you, you are 100% wrong Slobodan. Delta is not only having a monopolist position but it is completely abusing its position.
Delta retail chains are the worst payers to the suppliers, they are charging outrageous listing fees and last but not least they are squizing as much as they can any serbian producer. Just go a bit around in Serbia and talk with the farmers and ask them what they think about Delta!
You are also wondering about the price of products, wrong question, just check the net margin applied by a european supermarket and the one applied by Delta and you will have the right question and answer! But am sure you perfectly know all this!!
