ironic, but, really, who cares?
Egypt forgot the albanian hand that founded the modern state of Egypt. how disgraceful is that? They're simply ungrateful, so their yeay equals their nay... I'm utterly indifferent to their position or say.
Kosova doesn't need to promote herself to Egypt... It's Jeremic who does all the work.

@Milan
Serbia will always exist and I wish they will always prosper. Anger and frustration is coming from failed policies of people who put Serbia on this dark hole of history. But I refuse to believe that your nation will fall victim of extremists who are willing to collaborate with “terrorist” nations. Kosova is not lost if Serbia decides to recognize the actual situation and collaborate with Kosova people inside the future federation called Europe. Certainly the wounds of war will take some time to heel but Albanians and Serbs weren’t always enemies and we look forward on re-establishing alliances based on mutual respect. In a democratic world we are allowed to watch read and comment on any article regardless of the source and you cannot do anything about it, except if you live in dictatorship countries like ones where Jeremic is “lobbying”.

Let us just for a second assume, you are right.

Morocco.Claimed Western Sahara.Country is neutral.It is run by a king.Monarchy.It stilll occupies Berbers in Western Sahara.Serb ally?In Islamic world?Please

Egypt.Former president Anwar-Al-Sadath was assasinated back in 1981.His replacement was Hosny Mubarak. He is still running the show.Presidential republic.Often they used force, to stay in power.Do you know what Muslim brotherhood, has over 25% of seats in the parliament there

Tunisia, Jeremic said and i quote''Malaysia has frozen recognition of Kosovo''.Next day he says maybe. Is this fair-weather minister or what?It is either yes or no, when you deal with such diplomatic moves, Jeremic has no clue where he's going.Serbia support members are those where human rights violation are being crushed, often more then once.

But, it will be interesting if one of those 5 countries Jeremic mentioned would recognize Kosovo. Then, something is really wrong in his judgment.

I think read better this article my friends. Jeremic has go there because he fell's that the majority of Arab League will recognize Kosovo. saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jemen and Oman are in this process, and it's only a issue of day's. Saudi Arabia is working for that. At least, we can live without recognition from Libya and some un-necessary countries. One thing is clear, in Kosovo side are the most democratic countries and most developed countries, and Serbia, continue with Angola, Lybia, Viet Nam etc, because you don't have any difference from the political aspect from this countries. We can be again together in Eu, but again as two independent states.

Milan

Why are you K-Albanians so worried and full of anger regarding this intiative? I thought you had independence.

Once again you think this is about you. Its not. This is geo-politics and the Arab world is not stupid to think that the U.S who maraudes around the whole of the middle east with an uncompromising alliance with Israel tries to compensate the Muslim world with a little slice of Europe. They aren't going to fall for it. The KSA may have to, because they are in bed with the 'great Satan' but yet are trying to promote their role as Custodians of Islam's holiest sites. Its Catch-22 for them but not or too many other Arab states.

But once again I thought you were independent so what's the fuss? In fact why are you on this site if Serbia doesn't exist for you?

Mr Jeremic - Please make up your mind if the K. Albanians are Muslym terrorists or not? Then go and talk to the Arab league. Peace & democracy Mr Jeremic

I am actually pleased with the fact that the islamic community hasn't taken the initattive of recognising the Newborn. For once it dismisses the claims of the serb authorities that the albanians are as described "Jihaddists" and secondly the arabic countries that actually are opposing the recognition are the major sponsors of terrorism.

"Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Libya are all opposed to this"...

seems like these nations have realized that the K-albanians live on serbian land and that some of them are only willing servants to the US-imerialism in europe.

my compliments go to Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Libya who are all opposed to this and who are showing not only wisdom in international affairs, but also true respect for international law, what is raising international respect for them at the same time.

Shukran ( thank you ), my arab friends!

until now, I have only read threats and accusations by our dear albanian friends.

seems like they never change.

Serbia for so long has been accusing the albanians of being islamic terrorists.
While Mr. Jeremic was talking in front of the Arab league against Kosova, did he still acuse the albanians of being islamic terrorists or perhaps there he said that albanians are catholic crusaders?

frukyy

Serbia is creating alliances with Islamic countries to stop Kosova recognition but at the same time they are accusing Albanians as Islamic allies?!
Let the politic shows run but it is clear that the deal was; U.S. keeps Kosovo and the ballistic missile shield plan, Russia takes Chechnya, S.Osettia and Abkhazia.

Is Serbia part of the Arab League?

Is Jeremic in the summit or is he standing outside the front door handing out pamphlets saying "Kosovo is Serbia"?

Winds of Change

pre 15 godina

Is Mr Jeremic considering converting himself in ISLAM?

Most of his time he spends in Islamic countries, so I wonder whether he is considering changing his faith?

If not, then, how come he wants to convince Islamic countries not to recognise Kosovo which is overwhelming Muslim.

Is this the routine hypocracy by the Serbian diplomacy?

Yanuz

With every day passing it will get harder to gain recognitions for Kosovo.
The Albanians say: Beat the iron while it's hot! (Don't they?). The initial sympathy for the "newborn" state seems to be diminishing. Kosovo foreign policy is missing every chance to promote Kosovos independence, while Mr. Jeremic is very active working against.

Why should any country who dindn't recognize Kosovo right after Feb. 17, recognize it now?

It is relay interesting to se how magrebians who got their independence with so much sufferance are apparently against Kosova. Short memory I guess...

I guess they have not settled put their issues with their minorities pushed in Sahara.

however, it seem 4 out of 19 and possible to the 53.

Saudis are thinking of recognizing an independent Albanian Kosovo, could this be with a little influence from the US? This is just more of America's dirty, oily hand attempting to control as much as they can. Next move, Iran gets military and economic backing from Russia. Thanks DC for getting the world involved in another cold war. Only this time with even more catastrophic WMD at displosal.

no chance mr jeremic.most of them are US allies and strong religios (muslim) if saudi arabia (mecka and medina) makes the first steep in recognising kosovo all other expect a small number of them will follow in a very short time.
