The question whether harrassment of Serbs or others is not what should be asked here! NATO troops? What troops does NATO have in Bosnia & Herzegovina that can launch such an operation.
EU is in charge of the EUFOR and that force is European nations helped by few others.
NATO however, does not have tgroops on the ground in BiH.
A big country, that trust in armed actions world-wide for own purpose - may be the force behind the search operation. Maybe yet another misuse by that nation of the "NATO forces" explanation. Please search with open identity and stop using NATO in context's where NATO does not belong.

If wonder if it is just the Serbs who get this treatment or do they search homes of people who were connected to Croats, Muslims and Albanian accused.

It seems that only Serbs are given this privilege.
If there was anything to find it certainly won't be in anyone's home. These people are smarter than that and NATO surely must know this, so all this searching is purely for harassing any Serb who in any way was connected to the leadership.
Whether it be a relative on the accused or an acquaintance.
