Haha, the KLA supporters here are so funny. Now they want Peshava Valley. They also want to take over parts of Montenegro and Macedonia. The Fascist Greater Albania movement will never stop. They will keep cleansing where they live of so-called "undesirables", taking over territory illegally and by force, massacreing people and destroying their cultural heritage as they go. According to the "Kosovo" Albanians, everybody has the right to "self-determination" except the Serbs.

The real authority in the North is KFOR not the Serbian govt. Unless KFOR says otherwise, the North of Ibar is a part of Kosova. Ands so says 1244, that I thought you guys were holding as a banner.

Hypocrisy is claiming that North Kosova should go to Serbia based on demographics, but that Presheva Valley should not go to Kosova, despite demographics. You can not have both.
This is the same attitude Serbia has always had re former Yugo republics: What is is mine is mine, what is yours is up for grabs.

Logic,

In case you didn't know, or are just ignoring it, the Serbs of northern Kosovo, who make up an overwhelming majority, have elected their own representative assembly, based in Mitrovica. Whether you or authorities in Pristina care to acknowledge its legitimacy or not is of little concern as they pay no attention to you. I have no idea where you come to the conclusion that "Lepasovic and Zubin Potok are under the sphere of Kosovar influence; there is no chance that the Kosovar Government will lose those areas". Can Thaci or Sejdiu go to these areas and expect anything other than a collective laugh from the local population? I at least am realistic enough to know where Serbian political authority ends and Albanian (what you call Kosovar) begins, and vice versa. And if you're going to raise the issue of land grabs through shady real estate deals, you leave yourself open for equal accusations of Albaniand buying up Serbian property on the cheap and changing the demographics of central and southern Kosovo as well. Let's not forget the shelling of churches and clearing away all remains to make it look as is nothing ever existed there for the revisionist history books. Sorry to be so critical, but fair is fair.

Your comments are welcome, but please keep to your namesake.

"Spreading the Kosovo government’s authority to the north cannot happen quickly or violently. . ."

. . .or at all!

Hey. . .you guys stick to your side, we'll stick to ours.

If you want to be 'independent' from us, well then. . .we want to be 'independent' from you.

What's the problem?

If Serbia (a UN member state) can be ripped apart. . .so too can 'kosova', right?

You don't want to be hypocrites like your western sponsors now, do you?

Mike,

Lepasovic and Zubin Potok are under the sphere of Kosovar influence; there is no chance that the Kosovar Government will lose those areas. Are we to believe that either Kosovo or Serbia controls that area (fully)? Absolutely not, but in time the Kosovar Government will be able to exert its' rule of law in that area. Serbia on the other hand should continue with its' Action Plan by buying Kosovar-Albanian houses and giving it to Kosovar-Serbs to create a more "ethnically pure" area as Slobodan "the butcher of Balkans" envisioned.

Who is this guy trying to kid? Better chance at getting the Serbs of Orahovac to cooperate than the Serbs of Mitrovica and up. He talks of the north where "municipalities that are not 100 percent under our control." Yes, 0 percent is under 100 percent.

This is about as effective as some Serb official in Belgrade noting that Serbian authority in Prizren is "under 100 percent" as well.

Tell us something we don't know.
