Actually SRS is split and if you can't believe that then remember 2 things. Maja Gojkovic (the respectable radical who had enough) and Nikolic's open criticism of Seselj going behind his back talking with Kostunica.
What we have with the radicals is an attempt to externalise turn their inner turmoil by trying to make the issue about the government. In fact its a tried a tested way - to turn your disagreements and fire on somebody / something else.
The problem is that SRS isn't even unified on this issue either. When a section of the party decided to go all out against Tadic some days ago, the smaller part, led by Nikolic, thought they went too far. Now yesterday, to evidence this view we see SRS backing down, with no more insults and the debate on the SAA being allowed to continue.
Its high time that Nikolic dispensed with the primatives. Let them form their own party - they can call it the national front. They can be free to peddle hatred and intolerance till their hearts content just like other far right parties in Europe, but crucially they will not be a factor in Serbian politics anymore.
This is what happens when you keep losing elections. Change comes, even in a party run like an army.
