The school year has begun in Kosovska Kamenica despite a lack of basic school supplies.

Ask Kosovo's parallel Albanian institutions for books? Haha yes, because Kosovo's Albanian schools are the very model of higher learning! Don't make me laugh .
It is shameful that Kosovo's Serbian schools are neglected in this fashion, but the problem can be fixed in Belgrade, not Pristina.

KUJON, do not try to put this blame on the albanians.
The matter of the fact is that the books are not being sent by the ministry of Serbia for kosova even that the money has been seperated by the serb government but the money is being used through corruptive ways by some serbs instead of being used for books for serb children in kosova.
Anyway, the serb minority in Kosova has a very easy solution to the problem. Join reality and join the kosova institutions and we will buy all the books necessary for you.

You can ask Kosova's Ministry of Education for supplies, not Belgrade OR you can play the "patriotic" card for the sake of SRS and DSS, and leave your kids without education.
It's really the choice of K-Serbs.
