Rupel: Resistance is temporary

Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel today commented on the crises in Kosovo and the Caucausus.

The WEST are double standard!!!

Serbia should not cooperate with states who disrespect its territorial integrity and sovereignty.

Dear Gary - should Serbia not cooperate with states who disrespect only Serbian integrity and sovereignty, or should it break ties with all states who generally do not respect the principle of territorial integrity and sovereignty of any country?

In the last case - please advise the Serb government to withdraw its ambassador from Moscow.

Russian resistance to Kosovar independance is temporary, just as US and EU resistance to Sount Ossetian.

hasn´t there been some slovenian official, a real patriot by the way, who revealed how the slovenian government got it´s directives from the US-state dept. ? :)

well, seems like Rupy is still an excellent proxy!

I would like to see HOW he thinks Kosovo could ever become a EU-member without Serbia... :)

but that´s of course something B92 wouldn´t even ask him...

Corection: that was planed to be said by Condi Rice. Due some mix-up the paper somehow landed up in Rupel's hands and he helped her out.

As exchange for his invaluable help, he got a promise from Rice, his backbone will be fixed by surgeons in America.
