The Trial could not be held in Pristina, because the Albanians who testified in favor of the Defense of the accused would not have been allowed to set foot alive outside the Pristina Court-room - is that justice Miri?

well, i seem to be the only one left on the site who believes in the hague tribunal (especially post-del ponte.) it is so incredibly important to have such a court, and of course it is ridiculous that it is almost over, and has really only touched the tip of the iceberg.

these crimes have been horrendous, unimaginable. they defy any normal human code of behavior that we can imagine. most have been serbs, it is true, because that was the main agressive party; it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. but people of all ethnicities have been convicted, though not nearly enough, and with too-short sentences.

most of the nationalists are unrepentant, which is sad and pathetic, but guess what: i do not care! i/we have demanded justice, and one way or another we shall not rest until we have it.

god bless the hague tribunal (minus del ponte), which has helped give us a record of history for many years to come. imperfect but vital.

just too bad that slobo died (russian roulette) since he needed to spend the rest of his life behind bars, which should have been many, many years.

such a sentence, however, must and will await karadzic, and mladic, despite how they are still worshiped by the extremists.

In that case Miri please send your pet Snake and his "mice" over, we have some...questions to ask.

I hope all 6 are found not guilty for these supposed crimes. There you go Ben! :)

The Hague is a luxury court for these criminals. They should have been in trial in Pristina.

Of course a fair trial in Pristina.... Maybe have the Snake as Judge and Jury. He managed to get away with it so why not. Please don't come back with usual albo reply 'he was innocent'. Complete rubbish.

We all know that the international judicial system at the Hague is completley flawed and that no matter what evidence has been submitted (for both prosecution and defence) these men will be found guilty. It was decided before the trial and the 2 and a half years of trial were just lining the pockets of the judges and lawyers.

The Hague is a sham court.
