As long as its mandate is to “enforce” the “ Kosovo’s law (my dear Lord – what an concept!) and bring Serbs into submission to the group that unilaterally declared the “independence” .
Oh, yes, I almost forgot – they are there to “help Serbs as well” , right!
If all is tickety-boo why do you need to “protect “ them? From whom?
