Bishop's private business scrutinized

I have said in the past that "bishop" Artemije can be anything other than a bishop. I have read his speeches full of hate against the Kosova's Albanians. He represent that dark side of the Serbian history.

Its pretty obvious whos side B92 is on here with the Bishop Teodosije and Artemije dispute from the way the article is written. Not sure what the beef is but its probably cuz he doesnt trust stranci, and B92 is all about stranci love. Even if he did end up trying to use a company to do the work referred to in the article you need to put yourself in his shoes. After the St Patricks day massacre on 17 March 2004 the Serbian homes were rebuilt by Albanian companies. Go to Kosovo polje and look to see how many Serbians could return to those places. They were built to collapse. Go to Zivin Gaj restaurant in Bresije, 4 years later they cant reopen because of the poor construction. No way was Artemije going to let the Albanians build a Serbian church and this was his back up plan in case no Serbian companies applied.

he perverts the word of god for politics and now for profit.

he compromises any good works by being unethical.

he should be defrocked.

so when he says such things and people in the ground know it's not true, they know that Serbs are engaged in propaganda and such hate only strengthens the Albanian case for Independence.

This is very primitive propaganda by B92. This is an attempt to destroy the Serbian Orthodox Church and demonize a good man such as Bishop Artemije. Unfortunately for B92 and its masters pushing this story, it will never work.

Most institutions in Serbia after Milosevic must be scrutinized, the church is no exception.

B-92 must be scrutinized also. Who created B-92 and who sets its agenda. Who funds B-92. Where dose B-92 get its marching orders.

What serbia needs is an unbiased truth commission where all the facts are laid on the table------not unlike what occured in south africa after apartheid.

The truth will set us free.
