" I predict with the formation of the new "army" called FSK the Kosovar Goverment will demolish parallel institutions and answer the minority calls. The question of the day is, should Kosovar Government continue to ignore the criminal activities in Northern Kosova or send KP (Kosovo Police) to bring law & order?

L*O*G*I*C,

Contrary to your wishful thinking (and your name), don't expect Kfor and Nato to allow your "army" (IF and WHEN it is finally allowed by your Nato masters to form) to simply march in and take over the north .... why? .... because the resulting bloodbath will destroy Nato's and Kfor's reputations forever before the entire world and YOU will be the aggressors this time .... worse still, it will put paid to the West's delusional la la land of multiethnic paradise .... and worst of all, allow Moscow to gloat "I told you so!"

So ironically it will be your precious Nato who will prevent any Albanian itch for a military adventure .... the truth of the matter is that however much it distresses you, the K-Serbs up north will continue to rule themselves. Despite your UDI, K-Albanians are not the real rulers of Kosovo. The real rulers are Nato and Kfor because Pristina cannot do anything that they not approve. And your hoped for military adventure aka Georgia is the one thing that will definitely NOT be approved by Nato for obviously reasons.

It is not hard to see all these actually, with some REAL l*o*g*i*c!

The Serbians speak of Ahtisaari Plan being "rejected" or "voted down" when this was never the result, it was never put to a vote. In reality you have a Kosovar led government that is doing what it wants to do with no opposition. "UNMIK to have supervising role"
Isn’t this what Ahtisari’s plan suggest? A supervised independence under EULEX supervision. Since EULEX is “legally correct” under UNMIK, it is clear that UNMIK is supervising the Ahtisari’s independent state of Kosovo.
Politic is a hard sport but when you take time, you will find the work around to win.

Good point Wim.

No matter how many times they push the paper round the desk (no matter the size of the office) it will not change the fact that Kosovo remains part of Serbia under international law. The UN are not free to just duck out or delegate.

There is only one way forward, which is negotiation.

One question for mr. Ivanko: if UNMIK - as a supervisor - finds something that it doesn't like: what will it do? Will it give commands to repair the situation?
