How come than the Srbs always starts fights and attack people in Mitrovica and elsewhere within the Republic of Kosovo if they are so endangered??? tell this fairy-tale to someone else not us, we know who is endangered..

It is a good thing that they are warned, this should be done at least once every week. It is totally understandable that Serbs in enclaves are scared, who wouldn't be with 'friendly' and 'democratic' K-Albanian government?I would understand if they will be hysteric with fear. They should be hysteric in demanding protection- not only from UMNIK but also from the international community to whomever wants to listen.
Sometimes 50 soldiers will be guarding ONE Serbian house day and night (if you do not believe this, check out famous Slovenian philosopher Slavoj Zizek).

There is no escalation or destabilization unless the K-Serbs create one. Maybe this is a signal that they are about to come up with one.

I gues no one needs an escalation in N. Kosova.

K-Serbs will be gradually incorporated in Kosova's institutions and their concerns will be addressed properly. E.g. a complete abolishing of the custom duties not only between Kosova and Serbia but in teh entire balkan should be priority for the policy makers in teh region. This will enhance teh competition and develop the region and at the same time will solve the concerns of the K-Serbs.

Of copurse K-Serbs will gradually realise that they will have to dail an international code when they will call Belgrade but with a higher competion the prices will reduce. Why not one day maybe soon one in prostina coould choose the telekom Serbia as operator or one in Belgrade teh Kosova telekom. after all both of them will probably be part of major telecom groups Deutche telecom or British or Telecom Italia- who I think is already a Spanish company?! Globalisation.. can't follow the events ;)

hahaha, Denis! do you mean that they should return to the land of Milk&Honey or you mean to be under the same umbrella of corruption, crime and all other aspects the rest of the world doesn't have?

K. Serbs warn against "escalation",

I'm calling kosovo Police, International presence in kosovo to be carefull those days because they get signals that in coming days will have problems (first they SNV say that there can ocure problems and than they contribute in that and after all they will say look we warn you but you didn't react).

"The SNV does not accept anarchy and violence as a method of achieving goals and calls on the international community to return the problems of the province to legal courses"

Does that mean return northern part of Mitrovica under the rule of law? or leave it as a hub of crime and smuggling...

“We are asking the United Nations, Security Council and UNMIK administrative officials to seriously look at the recent statements of several Albanian politicians and to take necessary measures to halt any consequences which such rhetoric would produce,” the SNV stated.

Only insane would take notice of this statement. In contrary, International Community is careful with SNV activists and their action, since their actions always bring violence to any peace loving K-Serb or K-Albanian. SNV represents only mafia and no ordinary K-Serbs in Kosova.
