What the citizens of RS, Crna Gora, and Srbija have in common is that they are all Serbs, so dual citizenship makes sense. Even Montenegrins who recently have identified themselves as Montenegrins first and Serbian second, recognize that the early Montenegrin state, along with its Kings, intellectuals, and religious leaders were all Serbs.

I am pleased that Montenegrin/Serbian relations remain untarnished despite the fact that Montenegro has reassumed its historical status as an independent state. It is natural that it has the closest of integration with its brother nation Serbia. My hope is that politicians do not exploit this successful and friendly relationship for their own political or financial gain (ahem Milo!)

Hows this for a deal Montenegro -

*Except our dual citizenship right and our right to Kosovo or lose the privilege of using our schools and hospitals free of charge in Serbia!*

Fine. We all know that there are many more Montenegrins in Serbia than there are in all of Montenegro. Give them all dual citizenship, and let's call another referendum where they can all vote. :))
Milo's boys would have zero chance of winning again.

"The ambassador said that Montenegro’s stance on Kosovo was extremely significant to Serbia."

Is Montenegro a real independent country from Serbia. The battle for Montengro government to recognise Kosova and act a real independent country from Serbia has just began.
