I wonder where those "Croats" are, who were always so quick in accusing Serbia and the Serbs in general for each and everything in the world...

while denying the fascist-renaissance in today´s Croatia.

in regard to that they stay quiet, as expected.

perhaps they are under shock because of the denial to let "thompson" sing in Pula. :)

At the first opportunity, Croatians (but lets not forget bosniaks, albanians) blame Serbs and Serbia for all things grown wrong. Perhaps Croats are ready to reintroduce the old Croatian custom applied to Serbs during WW2: 1/3 kill, 1/3 deport, 1/3 forced conversion.

You know the Croat community must have been infuriated it wasn't a Serb. Oh well, at least they know they don't ever have to apologize for their wrong doings, which is nice.

"Vukovar Mayor Zdenka Buljan said that this case would not undermine the town’s efforts to restore confidence and reconciliation between the Croat and Serb communities."

What progress? Is that the knee jerk reaction of the Croat community you've educated up to this point. Obviously, your efforts have failed Mr. Mayor.

''as numerous local politicians and public figures blasted members of the local Serb community for the act, accusing them of intolerance and refusal to accept the co-existence of Croats and Serbs in Vukovar, it came to light that the individual responsible for desecrating the Ovčara memorial was not only a Croat himself, but even a war veteran. ''

...and noone bothered to apologize to Serb comunity for slander, of course.
I don't know why I keep expecting some kind of fair or civil behaviour towards Serbs by Croats.
