KPS Serbs to be paid by UNMIK

So, officially the Serbian police forces won’t be any more under Kosovo Interior Ministry’s control but under UNMIK’s which means de facto partition. Now the same should be applied in the South of the Ibar River, in the Serbian enclaves. Serbian community should enjoy wide autonomy within Kosovo province and should be under Belgrade’s and UNMIK’s umbrella. Not bad for the start.

Good news for the Kosovo budget... as long as they are under the Kosovo MIA command.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but those Kosova Serb police officers will be paid out of the KPS Budget and not that of UNMIK. Furthermore, their paychecks must go to banks registered in Kosova and not in foreign banks.
