A senior Russian official says he has information suggesting certain Serbian government officials are questioning the sale of NIS.

I too believe that Gasprom might have doubled the price. But in the sircumstances what you all offer will only harm Serbia depriving it of it's most reliable and big ally. So if you follow this aim you may stalk together you know where. In any other case we have to do what we promice. Besides without this deal Tadic had little chance to keep his Presidency.

I think everyone can agree that NIS is being given to Russians for half price, at a time when Russia is awash in cash and when Serbia really needs the money.
The fact that Russia used Serbia's tough spot by "backing our Brother Serbs" is even sleazier. Serbs should ask the Russians for more $ or hold a bid. Shame on Russians

Very strong of the new government if they refuse to be a puppet state of Russia. Everyone knows that the NIS deal is not favourable for Serbia, but very much so for Russia. I wish real democracy for Serbia, not the one that Russia has.

Ok Russia has paid almost nothing for NIS everybody know but..poor Serbs go to the Russian brothers try to engage them in more investments and lending.. in this moment they are FULL OF MONEY but hurry up !
History teaches they will go bankrupt soon as it has always been ,,so don't spit in the dish they offer sign this treaty !!

What "sale"? The property of NIS alone is worth more than the Russian oligarchs patronising offer. Serbia should not be taken advantage of by capitalists like that.
