Why this obsession with legality, law, and licenses?

I am sure that everything that happened in Chile during the rule of Pinochet was perfectly legal.

Or in Argentina when the military and the generals ruled there during the 1980's.

Or what Mugabe is doing in Zimbabwe, Idi Amin was doing in Uganda, or de Klerk was doing in South Africa during the apartheid era.

I am absolutely sure that each of these fellas could point to meter-high collections of law text that confirmed that what they did was perfectly legal.

Instead you people should focus on what is right and fair. And if something is wrong and unfair, what you can do to change it.

To me rightness and fairness has a lot to do with freedom of speech, freedom to vote, and rights to representation on local, regional and state level.

Work on getting that, and the problem of UNMIK, EULEX, Ashtari, whatever will cease to be a problem before you know it.

As of today, EULEX has no valid license from the UN. If it somehow operates outside international law, then it's just a step back to medieval times... Which is highly unlikely to be accepted by the Serbs.

EULEX has no authorization from the UNSC therefore it is illegal to operate.

The Ahtassari plan is a UN rejected plan therefore it is not a solution reference for the serbian province.

Therefore these BUSHMEN are clearly violating the UN Charter.

The UN is not the iron law of international law. Law is enforced by authoritarian rule (army, police); there is no "UN ARMY" therefore there is no real "UN LAW". Let's be realistic.

He is just about the "new reality", Ahmet. Note, that every "new reality" is being created by real people. And as such, it's constantly changing.

So on August 3, 2008 this is the "new reality" for now. Of course, the "bushmen" did abuse that "new reality" for their purpose, but what goes around, will come around.

As i am reading this article this hyporcite says that EULEX needs alicense only from UN, then as i reached the last paragraph the man just ate his own words.
I never knew that there were so many jokers in Serbia.
