I agree that every country has to do what's in their interest, and I believe their finally is a goverment who does so.

The one thing for sure tho is that by not arresting war criminals, and by not following the law Serbia gets nowhere. Just how much this arrest and furture steps will help remains to be seem, but it's much better then doing nothing.

What Law!
Tadic says, have to keep in line with international law.
The US and EU have disregarded all international law when it comes to Serbia.
They don't care when it comes to international law and Kosovo!
Serbia needs to look after its national interests.

The extradition might be in line with law but is it in line with Serbian national interests? Every normal country looks after her national interests first and foremost regardless of the law. Just look at US and most EU countries, is their mistreatment of Serbs and disrespect of Serbia's sovereignty in line with law? It is certainly not but it is currently in their national interest, and so is Karadzic's extradition. Sooner or later the Serbs will have to learn that following the law will get them nowhere on the international scene.
