Hague is not international law. It is American law set up to punish Serbia for daring to defend it's people.
I think all countries should obey international law, but while Tadic wants Serbia to obey international law, the same law is being used to destroy Serbia.

If Hague was indeed about upholding international law then why is America exempt from it?
Mr. Tadic just say it openly. I am Boris Tadic and I will obey whatever the US and EU want me to.

You have a responsibility to disobey a corrupt court and a law which is not applicable to all equally.
Don't tell Serbs they have to obey a law which is obviously very anti Serbian and not just.

RE: Florin

What gives you the feeliing that Tadic is anti-albanian? If defending a part of his country means being anti-albanian, then you are right. But somehow I get the feeling that Tadic would be acting the same even if the chinese did what you did with Kosovo...

All Serbia is not for Tadic is another issue and you are wrong of that one as well! Who voted for Tadic as president? The little green ones from Mars?

And finally but not least, the diaspora does not support Tadic you say. If you read the news and followed the Serbian politics then you would know that Tadic won in all the Embassies around the world, and he won with a huge mayority.

So, do your homework, get some background on the issues and then come back here.

Bmrusila,
Well done.
The quote you opened with also stuck in my mind.

The sad irony is that Mr. Tadic's incompetence is further revealed when we observe that this Europe that he obsesses over, pays no attention to his grovelling.

The only time in the last 8 years that Europe made any offers to Serbia was when it appeared that that Mr. Tadic et al were going to be voted out. Domestically and Internationally the DS have accomplished nil. In addition to the Pariah Status Serbia has endured since Milosevic, Tadic’s Serbia now finds itself a laughing stock that will not defend its borders throughout International Courts without the approval of European foreign Ministries.
Now that the Boris, Nenad, Ceda and Ivica have become BFF, Europe further humiliates Tadic and his motley crew by refusing to hand them the 30 pieces of Silver they earned for orchestrating Dr. Karadzic's extradition to that bastion of European Justice and Values; the Hague.

“Europe wants a Serbia that respects own laws,”says Tadic

Unbelievable, again Europe in his thoughts. It is all about what Europe wants and not what we Serbs want. Of course the law must be respected but not just because the Europe expect us to respect the law but for our own benefits. I just don’t understand why he is so obsessed by Europe. Why the hell in every speech he talks about Europe and Europe’s wishes for Serbia.

Javier Solana: Mr Tadic, the Europe wants Serbs to committee collective suicide, and those who survive may join our lovely, grandiose EU. Make sure that those street hooligans do not survive.

Tadic: Oh yes Mr Solana, I will certainly recommend that to my people and do my best to make Europe happy by accomplishing this task as soon as possible. I am so admired by the vision of the Europeans.

Tadic, despite being anti-Albanian as all Serbs are, is a moderate voice, and I venture to say even a logical and modern one. It is too bad that not many people in Serbia agree with his message. No one in the Serbian diaspora agrees with him either. In fact the Serb diaspora is even more radical than the radicals inside Serbia. Hopefully a new generation of Serbs will be able to follow his advice, and move on from excessive nationalism for the good of Serbia and its neighbors who have suffered so much because of that excessiveness.
