I think you are at wrong forum here. Serbia, Kosovo and the Balkans in general have never been a peace and love or a fifty/fifty affair. Don’t be foolish. In order to construct a better future you should first clean up the past and face your responsibilities. People and politicians in this area of Europe need to grow up, transform their mind, and get some experience. This is going to take some time! Forgive isn’t the solution, if we don’t want these atrocities to replicate again and again and again …

Want to blame someone for all the problems in the balkans just blame THE TURKISH OSMANS aka OTTOMAN (turkish) Empire.

The name that you proudly sport here on the comments section.

If Bogdanovic is the real deal and he does mean what he says, he is trying to bridge the gap between the two ppl's. Serbs & Albanian Kosovars.

Ahrtisari plan does give the Serbs their municipalities to run on their own. And they will have the benefit of both worlds. Meaning the Benefits of Belgrade and the Benefits of Prishtina.

Prior to 1989, all the Kosovan population lived together and had one single govt. and all participated under it under the communist regime. And even though the majority were albanian in the govt the serbs didn't have a problem with it.

People have to gain that respect for each other again in the new state of Kosovo/a. And prior to the TURKISH OTTOMAN INVASION AND PROSECUTION OF BOTH ALBANIANS AND SERBS!

Its heartbreaking for many in Kosovo/a for what they have gone through. The pain was and still is great. I still believe that Kosovans can get through it and move forward in the direction of the future. A future together where their main goal is to never have their CHILDREN go through that autracity again. And to make sure it never repeats again. And that is for all sides.

You should remember one thing when you point the finger at someone.

The finger you point at is only one, three are pointing at yourself and one is pointing upwards.

That means the person your pointing/accusing is one times at fault, the 3 pointing at yourself means your 3 times more guilty/at fault, and the thumb pointing upwards is God watching the whole incident.

Each side is at fault and all should admit that. The question shouldn't be who is more at fault, but what are we going to do to fix our current situation and move forward. And lastly to forgive and to begin to be good neighbors.

Everyone knows that the IDP are to return. Those that have committed crimes should face justice, and those that didn't should be able to live normal lives as free individuals. As they did during TITO's presidency. When ppl were more respectful and more tolerant then they are today.

Peace to all :)

And may the Children of Kosovo/a have a better future each cooming day.

Errr...you do realise that the return of Kosovo Serbs is one of the key demands of the international community, don't you?!? Or are you suggesting that now that Kosovo has been ethnically cleansed of most of its Serbs it should now be the official policy that it stay that way?

Bogdanovic is wasting his time and misleading Serbs living in Kosova. Hopefully, he has heard of the declared Independence of Kosova on Feb. 17, 2008 which is recognized by the overwhelming majority of EU members as well as the USA and also by most of Kosova's immediate neighbors.

Meddling in another country's internal affairs is at the very least counterproductive. Considering that Serbia is very eager to join the EU, any attempt to be disruptive toward another country could jeopardize or delay indefinitely admission to the EU. This in turn will discourage foreign investment and therefore not help alleviate the high rate of unemployment plaguing Serbia.

Continued attempts at trying to undermine Kosova's future will only cause Serbia to be isolated and ostracized by the West.
