If there would be justice, roberto than you would see a huge line in Hague made of:

- Russian maffiosi who sold weapons to all participants of the conflict
- American neocons (all of them) who steered the break-up of YU
- German high-level diplomats
- Clinton(s) and their servants
- Servants of your "friend", alija izetbegovic (including Saudi Wahabbites - are you a self-hating Jew?)
- Servants of that commie-turned-nazi Franjo Tudjman (who said: "luckily, my wife is neither Serb nor Jew - same question to you again!)
- All animals like snakes, pigeons and the rest
- And of course the rest who has any blood on their hands, too - be they from Belgrade, Banja Luka, Zagreb, Pristina, Tirana...

That will be a very long line... But as long as the guilty one is almost always the Janko Jankovic... this is not going to be a justice.

Reminds me of a true story.
A well-known Hungarian politician istván csurka (what a family name!!!) was asked by a TV crew, why is he an "anti-semite".
i.cs. of course denied, he is an "anti-semite".

The next question was: "but you said many times, Jews want to conquer the entire world infiltrating everywhere!"

i.cs.: "Why, isn't it true?"

You are precisely not an "anti-serb" like csurka is not an "anti-semite".

Too bad, "anti-serb" and "anti-semite" are siblings. Their parents are called "Nazi" and "Pig". Think twice...

“He has the best conditions that the custody unit has to offer. He has a room, a bathroom,” said Vujačić. UNBELIEVABLE!! When I, as a tourist, was arrested and claimed to be a spy a few weeks ago I was not even allowed to go to a toilet, to drink water. I was not even in custody but sent to a jail where I had to sleep with a convicted inmate. And your country wants to claim that human rights are ok? A shame, this country Serbia, who I always defended but now it showed the true face. B92 and all other media were sleeping when I, fully innocent had to stay in your jails in the worst conditions. But no, this man, Karadzic will have the best condition. Shame on Serbia.

This time i really do not mind, for once, about the usual stalling and baloney and cheese. we can wait for another week or two, then i will celebrate with my frnds and survivors in my beloved sarajevo.

some people will never "get" it, and i will not waste all my energy on them. we will find some kind of justice, very belated though it may be.

keep your eyes on the prize.

thank you.

Why this court is a criminal waste of time and money

When the former Bosnian Serb president Radovan Karadzic was arrested last week, it looked like the cause of international justice had scored yet another breathtaking victory. His trial, it seemed, would be a mere formality.

Yet if international justice is to be worthy of the name, it must behave according to the rules of judicial procedure. Unfortunately, those running international justice often play fast and loose with the rules.

Karadzic will be tried by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague, one of three courts established by the United Nations Security Council for specific countries, the others being for Rwanda and Sierra Leone.

Together they have accumulated a list of practices that are completely illegal in British courts and in most civilised jurisdictions.

Furry Karadzic, and the OTHER guilty parties

Personally, I’d be happier if Radovan Karadzic had been shot down in the street in hot blood.

The rigged kangaroo court that he now faces will only make his accusers look bad, just as happened with Slobodan Milosevic.
Radovan Karadzic

Facing trial: Radovan Karadzic

This will especially be so if Karadzic carries on disguising himself as Archbishop Rowan Williams when he is led into the dock.

TV viewers will wonder how this furry figure can possibly be guilty of war crimes.

But in any case, there’s something very fishy about the fashionable view of Yugoslavia, which makes out that the Serbs are bad, the Croats OK and the Bosnian Muslims the universal nice guys.

It simply isn’t true. There was disgusting behaviour on all sides.

There was a massacre at Ahmici, where the Croats slaughtered Muslims and the man mainly responsible (whom you’ve never heard of) got 25 years in jail.

There was a Bosnian Muslim camp at Celebici where Serbian prisoners were beaten, tortured and murdered.

Once again, there’s been all too little said about this because it upsets the black-and-white picture we’ve been given.

Nobody in this region is unstained.

During the Second World War there was a notorious SS unit formed of Bosnian Muslims – the Handschar division.

What bothers me is the question that never seems to get answered – why Yugoslavia went from being a peaceful holiday destination into a pit of blood in less than five years.

Could it have been connected with the ruthless economic liberalisation forced on it by dogmatic Westerners at the end of the Cold War?

Might it have anything to do with Germany’s revived interest in the Balkans, and the hurried, railroaded EU recognition of Croatia as an independent state that suited German policy so well, but accelerated the bitter break-up of Yugoslavia?

The EU, being a federation itself, likes to smash up other federal states before swallowing them – as we are now seeing here.

No matter what serbia does it will be never enough.

Keep up the good work Mr Vujačić. Use every loophole possible to prevent this sell-out government feeding Serbians to the lions.

The NATO court is a complete farce and not one Serbian defender belongs there!
